Our beautiful Côtes de Boeuf on the brazier, to share or not, from animals raised in Ardèche and prepared by our favorite butcher artisan … LA BOUCHERIE ROUSSON since the 3rd generation.

All our beef ribs are accompanied by a casolette of vegetables (Aubergines, Courgettes, Sweet potatoes, Epis de mais, carrot, Tomatoes, Peppers) to grill yourself on the brazier.
